I'm so sorry, this got caught in my spam filter... here are the quantities you'll need for 15:
For the Ginger Syrup:
about 2-3 large ginger roots, sliced
7.5 cups sugar
7.5 cups water
For the Punch:
7.5 cups pomegranate juice (60 oz)
3.75 cups fresh pomegranate arils (for garnish and flavor)
6-8 bottles (12 oz each) ginger beer (90-120 oz total)
Optional: 1 cup lemon juice (about 6-8 lemons)
Ice (large block or ice ring recommended)

Fresh ginger slices, for garnish
