My Mocktail Forest
– 950 ml fermented kombucha tea – 1/2 to 1 passionfruit pulp – 1/2 - 1 tsp organic sugar optional – 2 tbsp hot water If using sugar
Ingredients
– If using sugar, dissolve it in 2 tbsp of hot water. Add the dissolved sugar (if using) and passionfruit pulp to the bottle.
– Using a funnel with a fine mesh sieve, pour the fermented kombucha tea into the bottle, leaving 3-5 cm from the top.
– Seal the bottle and ferment for 3-4 days at room temperature. Chill if you prefer your kombucha cold.
– 'Burp' the bottle every 7 days by opening the lid and resealing to avoid explosions.
