Lychee Martini Mocktail

Bursting with floral and fruity flavors, made with minimal effort.

– 1- inch knob of ginger – 2 tablespoons water – 1 can lychee – 1 tablespoon of lychee syrup from canned lychees – 1 lemon 

Ingredients

Step 1

– Blend ginger and water in a blender, until you get a ginger extract. Strain and set aside. Rinse the blender.

Step 2

– Combine lychee, lychee syrup, juice of 1 lemon, and ginger extract in the blender. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

– Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice for 30 seconds.

Step 4

– Transfer to a chilled martini glass, and top with lychee fruit speared on a cocktail pick.
