My Mocktail Forest
– 1 cup frozen passionfruit purée – 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice – 1/4 cup simple syrup or honey – 2 cups crushed ice – 1/2 cup Ritual Tequila Alternative or desired amount – Lime slices for garnish optional
Ingredients
– In a blender, combine the purée, lime juice, syrup, and Ritual Tequila Alternative.
– Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick and slushy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
– Pour the frozen daiquiri margarita into prepared glasses.
– Garnish with lime slices, and add salt to the rim of the glass if desired.
