My Mocktail Forest
– 1 cup fresh orange juice – 1/2 cup passionfruit purée – 1/4 cup lime juice – 2-3 tablespoons simple syrup or honey, to taste – 1 cup club soda or sparkling water chilled – Ice – Orange slices and passion fruit halves
Ingredients
– In a pitcher or large glass, combine the orange juice, passionfruit purée, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.
– Add ice to the pitcher or glasses and pour the juice mixture over the ice.
– Top with chilled club soda or sparkling water. Gently stir to incorporate the ingredients.
– Decorate with orange slices and passion fruit halves. Serve immediately.
