Ingredients

  • 2 oz non-alcoholic vodka
  • 3 oz apple cider
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce plus extra for rim
  • ¼ teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1 star anise pod
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Apple slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
  • Spread caramel sauce on martini glass rim, then dip in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  • Add vodka, apple cider, caramel sauce, apple pie spice, and star anise to cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 15 seconds.
  • Strain into prepared glass.
  • Garnish with apple slices and serve.
