Try a refreshing non-alcoholic blossom fizz chamomile mocktail, featuring a blend of chamomile tea, fresh lemon juice, honey, and sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers for tea
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 oz 30ml honey syrup (equal parts honey and water, mixed)
  • ½ oz 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz 90ml sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Dried chamomile flowers for garnish
  • Dried cornflowers or other edible dried flowers for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Steep 2 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers in hot water for 5-7 minutes. Strain and let cool to room temperature.
  • In a shaker, combine 4 oz (120ml) of the cooled chamomile tea, honey syrup, and lemon juice.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Fill a glass with ice and strain the mixture over it.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of dried chamomile flowers on top of the drink.
  • If desired, add a few dried cornflowers or other edible dried flowers for extra color and visual appeal.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Chamomile Blossom Fizz.
