Make a refreshing non-alcoholic blueberry mojito mocktail, bursting with blueberries, lemon, and mint. The perfect summer drink for any occasion!

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup blueberry syrup
- 1 lemon slice
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 oz non-alcoholic rum
- 6 oz sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices fresh blueberries, and mint for garnish
Muddle ½ cup blueberries, 1 lemon slice and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker or glass.
Add blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and non-alcoholic rum. Shake or stir to combine.
Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
Strain the blueberry mixture evenly into the glasses.
Top with sparkling water or club soda.
Garnish with lemon slices, fresh blueberries, and mint.
