Make a refreshing non-alcoholic blueberry mojito mocktail, bursting with blueberries, lemon, and mint. The perfect summer drink for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup blueberry syrup
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz non-alcoholic rum
  • 6 oz sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices fresh blueberries, and mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle ½ cup blueberries, 1 lemon slice and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker or glass.
  • Add blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and non-alcoholic rum. Shake or stir to combine.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  • Strain the blueberry mixture evenly into the glasses.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda.
  • Garnish with lemon slices, fresh blueberries, and mint.
