Blueberry Raspberry Mocktail With Mint

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In each of the two serving glasses, add ⅛ cup of blueberries, ⅛ cup of raspberries, and 5 mint leaves.
  • Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the ingredients in the glasses to release the flavors. Be careful not to over-muddle the mint, as it can become bitter.
  • Add ½ to 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to each glass. Adjust the amount based on your sweetness preference.
  • Squeeze the juice of ½ lime into each glass.
  • Fill each glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour 1 cup of soda water into each glass.
  • Stir the mixture well to chill and combine the flavors.
  • Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
