- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups soda water
- Ice cubes
In each of the two serving glasses, add ⅛ cup of blueberries, ⅛ cup of raspberries, and 5 mint leaves.
Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the ingredients in the glasses to release the flavors. Be careful not to over-muddle the mint, as it can become bitter.
Add ½ to 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to each glass. Adjust the amount based on your sweetness preference.
Squeeze the juice of ½ lime into each glass.
Fill each glass with ice cubes.
Pour 1 cup of soda water into each glass.
Stir the mixture well to chill and combine the flavors.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Blueberry Raspberry Mint Mocktail!
