For the Cold Brew Base:
- 10 oz unsweetened cold brew coffee
- 1½ tablespoons pecan syrup homemade or store-bought*
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
- Ice cubes
- Pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon for topping optional
For the Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam:
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
- ½ tablespoon vanilla syrup
- ½ tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- Pinch salt
Place all pumpkin cream cold foam ingredients into a frothing pitcher or cup.
Using a handheld milk frother, froth for 30-60 seconds until thick and creamy. Set aside.
In a mason jar or cup, stir the pecan syrup into the cold brew coffee.
In a separate large mason jar or serving cup, drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel sauce all along the inner sides of the cup.
Pour the cold brew mixture into the drizzled cup, and add desired amount of ice cubes.
Pour the pumpkin cream cold foam on top and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon if desired.
