Chewy marshmallow Rice Krispie treats upgraded with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, a cinnamon-white chocolate drizzle, and extra crunch on top.

- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal plus extra crushed for topping
- ¼ cup white chocolate melts
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Line 9x13-inch baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
Melt butter in large pot over medium-low heat.
Add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Add Rice Krispies and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereals. Mix until evenly coated.
Press mixture into prepared baking dish using lightly oiled hands if sticky.
Let set at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on cutting board.
Microwave white chocolate until melted. Stir in cinnamon.
Drizzle cinnamon chocolate over treats and sprinkle with crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Cut into bars and serve.
