Refreshing cranberry lime mocktail with tart cranberry, fresh lime, and fizzy sparkle. A festive, non-alcoholic drink for parties or anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • ½ cup carbonated water club soda or sparkling water
  • ¼ cup simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 –2 fresh limes juiced (plus extra slices for garnish)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries optional garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • In a pitcher, combine cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir to blend.
  • Just before serving, pour in the carbonated water and stir gently to keep the bubbles.
  • Divide the mocktail between the glasses.
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries, lime slices, and mint sprigs.
  • Serve immediately while chilled and bubbly.
