  • 8 oz  goat cheese rolled in pomegranate seeds
  • 4 oz mimolette cheese
  • 4 oz aged gouda
  • 8 gluten-free nuts and seeds crackers
  • ½ cup butternut squash chips
  • ½ cup sweet potato chips
  • ½ cup smoky almonds roasted with rosemary
  • ½ cup hazelnuts
  • ½ cup homemade rosemary almonds
  • ¼ cup truffle marcona almonds
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup dried apricots
  • 1 small French apricot "bread"
  • 1 pint dark grapes
  • 6-8 fresh figs
  • A few sprigs rosemary
  • A few sprigs sage
  • ¼ cup fig preserves
  • 4-6 oz salami

Instructions

  • Assemble all ingredients.
  • On a large wooden board, start arranging ingredients in clusters by category. Alternate high and low items.
  • Continue adding items until the board is full, incorporating colors and textures.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs, berries and citrus.
  • Serve with small plates, napkins, crackers and enjoy! Refresh as needed.
