Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs
  • 4 oz cranberry goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoon buckwheat honey
  • 2 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Maldon sea salt

Instructions

  • Cut each fig into quarters from the top down, stopping about ½ inch from the bottom. Leave the stem end intact so the fig stays together.
  • Gently open each quartered fig and spoon 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry goat cheese into the center.
  • Arrange stuffed figs on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle honey over each fig. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves, black pepper, and Maldon sea salt.
