- 8 fresh figs
- 4 oz cranberry goat cheese
- 3 tablespoon buckwheat honey
- 2 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Maldon sea salt
Cut each fig into quarters from the top down, stopping about ½ inch from the bottom. Leave the stem end intact so the fig stays together.
Gently open each quartered fig and spoon 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry goat cheese into the center.
Arrange stuffed figs on a serving plate.
Drizzle honey over each fig. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves, black pepper, and Maldon sea salt.
Serve immediately at room temperature.
