Thick, creamy, and bright green, this Grinch freakshake is a festive holiday treat topped with candies, whipped cream, and a candy heart.

- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream about 300 g / 10.5 oz
- 240 ml 1 cup milk, cold
- A few drops green food colorant adjust to desired shade of Grinch green
- 100 g 3.5 oz white chocolate bar, chopped (for melting)
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 heart-shaped candies classic "Grinch heart" look
- 2-3 tablespoon green and red candies M&M’s, sprinkles, or similar
- Licorice candies or candy canes
- Whipped cream for topping
Melt the chocolate: Place chopped white chocolate and canola oil in a heatproof bowl and microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
Decorate the rims: Dip the rims of two tall milkshake glasses into the melted white chocolate.
Add candy accents: Press two or three candies into the chocolate rim while it’s still soft. Place the glasses in the fridge for 5–10 minutes to set.
Make the Shake
Blend: In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, and green food coloring. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust with more milk for a thinner shake or more ice cream for a thicker shake.
Pour: Fill the prepared glasses with the green milkshake.
Garnish
Whipped cream swirl: Top each glass with a tall swirl of whipped cream.
Final decorations: Add the heart-shaped candy on top and sprinkle more red and green candies for a festive look.
