Ingredients

  • 1 5 oz piece of maple smoked salmon
  • 1 5 oz piece of smoked salmon
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup black grapes
  • 2 tablespoons dark cherry preserves
  • 4 pieces of merlot-aged cheese
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry goat cheese
  • 10-12 nut and seed crackers
  • ½ cup pimento-stuffed olives
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 4-6 fresh figs

Instructions

  • Lay out a serving board or platter.
  • Place the 5 oz piece of maple smoked salmon and 5 oz piece of smoked salmon on the board, creating a fishy centerpiece.
  • Scatter 1 cup of blackberries, 1 cup of black grapes, and ½ cup of blueberries around the board for a pop of dark color.
  • Replace the fig jam with 2 tablespoons of dark cherry preserves in a small bowl and set it on the board.
  • Add 4 pieces of merlot-aged cheese and 4 tablespoons of cranberry goat cheese to the board, spacing them out nicely.
  • Complete the snack board with 10-12 nut and seed crackers, ½ cup of pimento-stuffed olives, ½ cup of walnuts, and 4-6 fresh figs for extra flavor and variety.
