- 1 5 oz piece of maple smoked salmon
- 1 5 oz piece of smoked salmon
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup black grapes
- 2 tablespoons dark cherry preserves
- 4 pieces of merlot-aged cheese
- 4 tablespoons cranberry goat cheese
- 10-12 nut and seed crackers
- ½ cup pimento-stuffed olives
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup blueberries
- 4-6 fresh figs
Lay out a serving board or platter.
Place the 5 oz piece of maple smoked salmon and 5 oz piece of smoked salmon on the board, creating a fishy centerpiece.
