Ingredients

  • 1- inch knob of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 can lychee
  • 1 tablespoon of lychee syrup from canned lychees
  • 1 lemon juice of

Instructions

  • Transfer a martini glass to the freezer to chill.
  • Blend ginger and water in a blender, until you get a ginger extract. Strain and set aside. Rinse the blender.
  • Combine lychee, lychee syrup, juice of 1 lemon, and ginger extract in the blender. Blend until smooth, and transfer to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice for 30 seconds.
  • Transfer to a chilled martini glass, and top with lychee fruit speared on a cocktail pick.
