- 2 cups of fresh melon diced and seeded
- ½ cup of lime juice freshly squeezed for the best flavor
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup or honey adjust to taste
- ½ cup of sparkling water or any soda of your choice
- Lime wedges and melon slices for garnish
- Salt for rimming the glass optional

If using a salted rim, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into salt.
Blend the diced melon until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if a smoother texture is preferred.
In a shaker or pitcher, combine the melon purée, lime juice, and agave syrup or honey. Stir to mix.
Gently stir in the sparkling water or soda.
Fill the prepared glass with ice and pour the melon mixture over the ice.
Garnish with lime wedges and melon slices, if desired.
