Non-alcoholic cranberry punch with pomegranate, citrus, and spices. A refreshing, spiced drink with a sparkling finish!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter cranberry juice unsweetened
  • 500 ml pomegranate juice
  • 250 ml fresh orange juice
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • 50 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 3 star anise pods
  • 1 vanilla bean split
  • 500 ml sparkling water
  • Fresh cranberries orange slices, and rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine cranberry, pomegranate, and orange juices in a large pot.
  • Add maple syrup, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and vanilla bean.
  • Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
  • Strain mixture and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Before serving, add sparkling water to the punch bowl.
  • Garnish with floating cranberries, orange slices, and rosemary sprigs.
  • Serve over ice.
  • Optional: Create cranberry ice cubes by freezing cranberries in water for a festive touch.

Expert Notes

Note: Adjust sweetness by varying honey syrup quantity. For a more complex flavor, steep a bag of black tea in the hot mixture before cooling.
