Ingredients

  • 2 passion fruits
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • Soda water optional
  • Sweetener optional

Instructions

  • Scoop the pulp from 2 passion fruits into 2 glasses.
  • Add the lime juice and coconut water, dividing equally between the glasses.
  • Add ice to each glass and stir.
  • For a sparkling version, use ¼ cup coconut water and ¼ cup soda water in each glass.
