- 2 inches fresh ginger sliced
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup pomegranate juice
- ¼ cup fresh pomegranate arils
- Ginger beer
- Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Make ginger syrup:
Combine ginger, sugar, and water in a pot.
Boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain and chill.
Mix mocktail:
