- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, adjust based on sweetness preference
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 cup ice cubes
In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cream cheese, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to adjust the consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness, adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
