Making homemade rose syrup is a process that requires both patience and love. This recipe will bring out the best in your favorite summer drinks, creating an aromatic rose flavor and pink color that can be used in cocktails, iced tea, or beautiful pale pink rose milk.

- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Food Grade Rose Petals or Buds
In a small saucepan add the water, sugar, and rose buds. Heat over medium-low heat.
Stir to combine and dissolve the sugar.
Bring the mixture to a boil, boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it sit to cool to room temperature.
Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the syrup.
Pour into an airtight glass container using a funnel if needed.
Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
