Ingredients

  • oz Amaretto syrup (non-alcoholic)
  • oz Coffee liqueur (non-alcoholic)
  • 2 oz Cream
  • Caramel, for garnish
  • Gluten-free speculoos or Biscoff cookie, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add all ingredients to shaker.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Dip the rim of a martini, coupe or lowball glass in caramel.
  • Add ice.
  • Strain the drink into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a speculoos or Biscoff cookie, and serve immediately.
