Ingredients

  • ½ cup lychees halved, plus more for garnish
  • 2-3 fresh mint sprigs plus more for garnish
  • 1 ½ oz lychee syrup from canned lychees
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice juice of 1 lime
  • soda water for topping

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle lychees, mint, lychee syrup and sugar until crushed.
  • Transfer to a tall highball glass and top with crushed ice.
  • Top with lime juice and soda.
  • Decorate with lychees and mint sprigs.
