- ½ cup lychees halved, plus more for garnish
- 2-3 fresh mint sprigs plus more for garnish
- 1 ½ oz lychee syrup from canned lychees
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1 oz fresh lime juice juice of 1 lime
- soda water for topping
In a cocktail shaker, muddle lychees, mint, lychee syrup and sugar until crushed.
Transfer to a tall highball glass and top with crushed ice.
Top with lime juice and soda.
Decorate with lychees and mint sprigs.
