Fresh blood orange margarita mocktail with lime, non-alcoholic tequila, and a Tajin salt rim. Bright citrus flavor with a bold, cocktail-style finish.

- 1 Raspberry Blood Orange
- Salt & Tajin Seasoning
- Ice
- 2 oz. Non-Alcoholic Tequila here I used Clean Co Tequila Alternative
- 1 oz. Seedlip Grove 42
- 2 oz. lime juice
- Dried Blood Orange Slice or lime for garnish
Use a citrus juicer or by hand, juice the blood orange (this produced approximately 1 oz. of juice).
Add some salt and Tajin seasoning to a small dish and mix.
Use a little of that juice or a lime wedge to rim your glass.
Dip the rim of the glass into the salt/Tajin mixture.
Add ice to your glass.
Then add in the Non-Alcoholic Tequila, Seedlip Grove 42, lime juice, and blood orange juice.
Give everything a little stir and garnish with the dried blood orange slice or lime.
