Strikingly blue and sweet! One sip and you'll taste that delicious coconut and pop of fruit juices. Nothing like a tropical mocktail to quickly transport you to a tropical island and the sound of waves in the distance.

  • In a cocktail shaker add ice, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and lemon juice.
  • Shake to combine and chill the ingredients
  • Add crushed ice to a highball glass or hurricane glass. Strain the drink into the glass over the ice.
  • Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Expert Notes

  • Replace the Coconut syrup with Rituals zero proof rum alternative. Keep that boozy flavor without the hangover.
  • What a slush instead? Add all of the ingredients and ice, except the garnish to a blender. Blend, then pour into a tall glass and garnish.
  • Of course, depending on the glasses you choose will determine how many mocktails you end up with.

  • Don't have access to fresh pineapple? Skewer some canned pineapple pieces and place them in your glass.
