In a cocktail shaker add ice, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and lemon juice.
Shake to combine and chill the ingredients
Add crushed ice to a highball glass or hurricane glass. Strain the drink into the glass over the ice.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
