Crunch Topping:

  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water

Frappuccino:

Instructions

Make caramel crunch topping:

  • Mix 4 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons water in a small pan.
  • Heat on medium, stir often until the mixture turns golden brown.
  • Pour onto parchment paper and let cool in freezer until hard.
  • Break into small crumbs using a kitchen mallet or similar tool.

Make Frappuccino:

  • Add 1 cup heavy cream, ⅓ cup caramel syrup, 1 tablespoon simple syrup, and 3 cups ice to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a large cup (Venti size).
  • Top with whipped topping.
  • Drizzle caramel syrup on top on your caramel ribbon crunch frap.
  • Sprinkle caramel crunch crumbs over the whipped topping.

Expert Notes

Tip: To save time, use crushed Werther’s Original candies instead of making caramel crunch.
