Make your own homemade grenadine syrup with pomegranate juice and sugar! Perfect for most fruity mocktails and tastes way better than store-bought!

In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice and sugar.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in orange blossom water (if using).
Allow to cool completely.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
