  • In a saucepan, combine pomegranate juice and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in orange blossom water (if using).
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
