Non Alcoholic Irish Coffee
A perfect warm treat for St. Patrick’s Day. This non-alcoholic Irish coffee is full of that warm, boozy flavor without the alcohol. Pile on the whipped cream and shaved chocolate bites, you're going to LOVE this non-alcoholic version!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces Lyre's whiskey Traditional Reserve or Highland Malt (both the same, just rebranded)
- 2 bar spoons Brown sugar
- Hot coffee to top
Garnish
- Whipped cream and shaved chocolate
Instructions
- To a glass mug, add the whiskey and brown sugar.
- Fill the rest of the way with hot freshly brewed coffee.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Expert Notes
If using a whiskey alternative isn't an option for you, replace that ingredient with rum extract. This will impart a similar flavor.
