Instructions
Add pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice to a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker halfway with ice.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to combine ingredients and chill.
Add cold brew coffee to the shaker.
Gently roll the shaker to mix coffee with other ingredients (don't shake again to avoid excessive foam).
Fill a glass with ice.
Strain the mixture over ice in the glass.
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired
