Ingredients

  • 5 ml non-alcoholic whiskey e.g.,
  • 45 ml cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 60 ml half & half or creamer
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream optional
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • In a shaker, combine non-alcoholic whiskey, cold brew concentrate, half & half, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  • Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  • Double strain the mixture over the ice.
