Cozy s’mores latte with espresso, frothy milk, chocolate, graham cracker crumbs, and marshmallows. A campfire-inspired coffee treat.

- 1 shot of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons s’mores syrup
- 1 cup milk or any non-dairy alternative
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs plus extra for garnish
- Mini marshmallows for garnish
Spread the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.
Dip the rim of your mug or glass in chocolate syrup, then dip it into the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
In a small saucepan or using a milk frother, heat the milk until it’s warm and frothy. Avoid boiling.
Mix the Espresso/Coffee and Syrup:
Brew your espresso (or coffee).
In your prepared mug, pour the espresso (or coffee) and stir in the s’mores syrup.
Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and syrup mixture. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of extra graham cracker crumbs.
