Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons s’mores syrup
  • 1 cup milk or any non-dairy alternative
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs plus extra for garnish
  • Mini marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

  • Spread the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.
  • Dip the rim of your mug or glass in chocolate syrup, then dip it into the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
  • In a small saucepan or using a milk frother, heat the milk until it’s warm and frothy. Avoid boiling.
  • Mix the Espresso/Coffee and Syrup:
  • Brew your espresso (or coffee).
  • In your prepared mug, pour the espresso (or coffee) and stir in the s’mores syrup.
  • Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and syrup mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of extra graham cracker crumbs.
