A creamy sunbutter latte brings a nut-free, dairy-free option that works well hot or iced, blending rich sunflower seed butter with your favorite coffee.

- 1 tb ½ ounce simple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon smooth Sunbutter or peanut butter
- 2 shots espresso
- ¾ cup oat milk
Heat and Froth milk.
Add sunbutter to a mixing bowl or cup. Pour warm milk over. With a handheld frother, mix Sunbutter into warm milk.
Once incorporated, strain milk through a fine mesh sieve to get rid of any sediment.
Pour double shot of espresso into a latte cup, and add simple syrup and vanilla.
Pour Sunbutter milk over espresso to fill cup.
