A creamy sunbutter latte brings a nut-free, dairy-free option that works well hot or iced, blending rich sunflower seed butter with your favorite coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1 tb ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon smooth Sunbutter or peanut butter
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¾ cup oat milk

Instructions

  • Heat and Froth milk.
  • Add sunbutter to a mixing bowl or cup. Pour warm milk over. With a handheld frother, mix Sunbutter into warm milk.
  • Once incorporated, strain milk through a fine mesh sieve to get rid of any sediment.
  • Pour double shot of espresso into a latte cup, and add simple syrup and vanilla.
  • Pour Sunbutter milk over espresso to fill cup.
