Quench your thirst with this perfect summertime mint lemonade recipe! Made with fresh mint, and simple syrup, it's the my go-to drink for hot days.

I have always been a lemonade girl. One of my favorite things about summer! It's the kind of drink that cools you down from the inside out, lifting the weight of the heat right off your shoulders. You'll also love my lavender lemonade.
For me, mint lemonade isn’t just a drink—it’s a memory of lazy afternoons on the patio, the clink of ice cubes, and laughter echoing as the kids play in the yard. It's the sound of summer wrapped up in a citrusy sip, and it has a way of bringing people together.
Hosting family gatherings during the hot months often feels chaotic, so there I nothing I enjoy more than sitting down with a glass of my mint lemonade, beeds of condensation dripping off the glass, and just taking a long-needed breather.
When temperatures soar, there's nothing better than a refreshing drink station where everyone can help themselves. I always say a party without mocktails is just a meeting—so why not go big with drinks that keep things light, refreshing, and alcohol-free?

And here’s the best part: it’s ridiculously easy to prepare. With just a handful of simple ingredients, you can whip up a pitcher in minutes. Alcohol-free drinks like this prove that mocktails are anything but boring—they’re vibrant, flavorful, and just as fun.
Directions to Make Mint Lemonade Recipe
Prep the Ingredients

Start by washing your mint leaves thoroughly and slicing your lemons into thin rounds. Set a few mint sprigs aside for garnish.
Mix the Lemonade Base

In a large pitcher, combine the lemon slices and mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently mash them together to release their flavors.
Sweeten and Stir

Add your preferred sweetener and pour in the water—sparkling if you like a bit of fizz, still if you prefer it classic. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Serve and Enjoy

Fill glasses with ice, pour in the lemonade, and garnish with the reserved mint sprigs. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
Storage Instructions
Mint lemonade is best enjoyed fresh, but you can store it in an airtight pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep the mint leaves in the drink for extra flavor, but note that the vibrant color may fade slightly over time.
