Whiskey Sour

What's sweet, sour, and all-around delicious? This Non-Alcoholic Whiskey Sour!

Step 1

– In a cocktail shaker, add the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and the egg white.

Step 2

– Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds.

Step 3

-Add ice to the shaker, then shake again for another 15-20 seconds.

Step 4

– Double strain into your chilled coupe glass.

Step 5

– Add 3-4 drops of bitters and garnish with a few cocktail cherries.
