The red cranberries and green pistachios make it the perfect festive treat for the season. Meanwhile, the creamy white chocolate adds a smooth sweetness that everyone loves.

You can customize it with dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or even a sprinkle of peppermint for a different twist.
Perfect Festive Treats for Gifts!

I love arranging pieces of this pistachio bark into small bags, tying them with string or ribbon, placing them under the tree, or handing them out as parting gifts. There’s something deeply sentimental about offering homemade gifts during the holidays, especially when it’s a sweet treat that you know everyone will enjoy.
No matter how you decide to make it, this pistachio cranberry bark is sure to be a favorite holiday tradition in your home, too. I love using pistachios and dried cranberries in this recipe because they bring out a festive look and create an amazing balance of flavors.

Directions to Make Easy Sweet White Chocolate Bark
Melt White Chocolate

Break the white chocolate into small pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring occasionally to ensure the chocolate melts evenly.
Alternatively, you can melt white chocolate using a double boiler by placing the heatproof bowl over simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
Prepare the Bark

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer with a silicone spatula until it’s about ¼ inch thick. Tap the baking tray lightly on the counter to smooth out the chocolate.
Add the Toppings

Sprinkle the green pistachios, dried cranberries, and freeze-dried raspberries evenly over the top of the melted white chocolate. You can add walnuts, pecans, or cashew pieces for extra crunch. Press the toppings lightly into the mixture to ensure they stick.
Set the Bark

Place the bark in the refrigerator to harden for at least two hours or until it is fully set.
Break the Bark

Once hardened, remove the bark from the fridge and break it into smaller pieces with your hands, or cut it into squares for a more uniform look.
Storage Instructions for Pistachio White Chocolate Bark
Store the pistachio white chocolate bark in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. If you’re making it ahead for a holiday gathering, it will stay at room temperature for up to one week. Keep the bark in the refrigerator for longer storage, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Accompanying Mocktails for Christmas Bark

This white chocolate cranberry bark pairs perfectly with a chai white Russian mocktail or a spiced cranberry drink for a festive holiday vibe. For the perfect Christmas drink, you can't go wrong with my alcohol-free Christmas Gin or homemade coffee Kahlua.
To create a heartier Christmas spread, I have both savory and sweet options you can't go wrong with. For more sweet treats to add to your dessert table, one of my favorite desserts is these healthy yet delicious chocolate date balls. Alternatively, you can't go wrong with almond butter-stuffed dates.
For the savory part, consider making this to-die-for creamy feta bake appetizer. Another favorite is these puff pastry pockets.
