A perfect nightcap to warm the soul, this Chai White Russian Mocktail with warm spices is perfect during the holiday season and cooler months. A delightful twist on the white Russian, with its warming spice and a bit of holiday spirit, this festive cocktail is sans alcohol.

If you can't tell yet, I love coffee, from cold brews and iced coffees to this white Russian variety. This mocktail is packed full of coffee flavors, and the signature chai spicy flavors really make it stand out from the rest. Any chai tea latte lover would absolutely adore this mocktail. For another chai favorite, try my chai creme Frappuccino.
This recipe does not require a cocktail shaker, as it's built right into the serving glass. Stir or don't stir! I like to stir occasionally with a cinnamon stick for this one.
For other cozy drinks, try my best white Russian mocktail, 3-ingredient coffee mocktail, or this black Russian mocktail both with the same flair and inspiration of a classic white Russian cocktail.

Dirty Chai White Russian Mocktail Ingredients

- Strykk non-alcoholic Vodka—One of the best non-alcoholic vodkas I've found. They also have a vanilla option, but it isn't necessary since the rest of the ingredients carry so much flavor.
- Homemade Kahlua—For this recipe, keeping a bottle of my Homemade Alcohol-Free Kahlua on hand is ideal. It's a rich vanilla, coffee, and brown sugar concentrate that really complements the chai spices.
- Chai Simple Syrup—It is a chai concentrate of water, sugar, and chai herbal tea bags.
- Half and half—This ingredient can vary depending on your preference. Whole milk, coconut milk, oat milk, almond milk, cashew milk, or any other type of plant-based milk will all work great. Use a milk frother to create a thicker consistency. If you like it really creamy, try heavy cream or coconut cream. I enjoy half and half as its texture is somewhere in the middle.
- Garnish - Cinnamon stick

How To Make A Non-Alcoholic Chai White Russian
- Start by adding a large ice cube to your rocks glass to chill the drink.
- Layer the mocktail right in the glass. Add the 2 ounces of vodka first, then the chai simple syrup, and homemade Kahlua. Stir to combine.
- Slowly pour the half-and-half into the glass. Mix to combine. Alternatively, you can use a milk frother to thicken the half-and-half and let it sit on top of the drink.
- Top your mocktail with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Recipe Variations
- Black Chai Russian Mocktail - Enjoy all the flavors without the cream. Simply omit the cream, and you're good to go!
- White Russian Mocktail - To enjoy a simple white Russian, omit the chai syrup.
- Vanilla Chai White Russian Mocktail - Simply replace the Strykk Vodka with Strykk Vanilla Vodka!
- Pumpkin Spice - Sprinkle a dusting of pumpkin pie spice on top of the cream before serving.
- Cream replacement: Swap out the cream for a flavored cream. Try one flavored with vanilla extract, or use Irish coffee cream for St. Patrick's Day!
Ways To Serve
Traditionally, a white Russian cocktail is served in a short glass with a large piece of ice. The large ice helps to keep the drink cooler longer and doesn't dilute it as fast. But there are a few other ways to enjoy this drink, so lets think outside the box.
- Iced - Use your fave glassware or iced coffee cup, fill it with ice, and start preparing your drink.
- Frozen - Add ice...or ice cream (hear me out!) to a strong blender. Blend to prepare a frozen or creamy frozen fun drink you can slowly sip on.

Mocktail to Classic Cocktail
Making traditional cocktails isn't too difficult with these simple ingredient swaps. Prepare just the same in a short glass.
- Swap vodka alternative with vodka
- Swap homemade alcohol-free Kahlua with Kahlua or a coffee liqueur of your choice.

Expert Tips To Make The Best Chai White Russian Mocktail
- Ingredient ratios: This drink is totally customizable. Try altering the ratios of ingredients to best suit your pallet. There is no wrong answer. Whichever combination speaks to you is the correct one. But it's definitely worth trying a few to find the one you love the most.
- Flavor experimentation: Sometimes, I swap out the Kahlua for Lyre's coffee originale or a shot of espresso, or I use oat milk cream for a nutty twist. The trick lies in daring to try new combinations. Consider the base recipe as your starting point. Tinkering leads to surprising discoveries, ones that often result in a personal favorite.
- Thicker Cream: If you want just a bit more body to your creamy drinks. Before adding the cream, use a milk frother to froth it just slightly before adding it to the top of your cocktail. Don't whip it up too much, tho. Keep in mind that dairy-free creams like cashew cream or oat cream may not thicken up as much. Feel free to try this out, as I have not tested this.

Iโm confused as to why you Nero using the word โmocktailโ when the recipe calls for vodka. A mocktail by definition does not contain alcohol

It's non-alcoholic vodka! A product like this: https://mymocktailforest.com/non-alcoholic-vodka-substitutes/
