In fact, this creamy coconut mocktail is a hit with my kids and husband! It's creamy, sweet and easy to make — so can you blame them?
I love simple mocktails with few ingredients like this one, or my easy black russian, 3-ingredient coffee mocktail, old-fashioned, or homemade cardamom rose latte.

Top Tips Virgin Piña Colada Mocktail Recipe
Consider using coconut cream instead of coconut milk for added richness and thickness in this frozen drink.
Use frozen pineapple chunks instead of ice for a thicker consistency.
When blending, add the ingredients to the blender in the following order: ice, pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and sweetener (if using).
Storage for Virgin Pina Colada Recipe
Because this non-alcoholic pineapple and coconut drink contains fruit juices and coconut cream, it's important to make sure it stays cold. Store the mocktail in a refrigerator, ideally at a temperature between 35°F and 40°F.
Because the drink contains both acidic pineapple juice and cream, some separation will likely occur overtime, so make sure you shake it up before serving. Consume the mocktail within 1-2 days to make sure it tastes like a Caribbean beach vacation, minus the stomach ache! love making these healthy chocolate date balls for a quick snack.
