This rose latte is one of my favorite lattes! Beautiful, easy, and made with rose water, it’s a drink that can be enjoyed hot or iced, with a shot of espresso.

The combination of cardamom and rose has a nostalgic, soul-warming quality that I never get tired of. Cardamom’s aromatic spice perfectly balances the delicate floral notes of rose, creating a drink that feels luxurious yet comforting. It's the perfect beverage to sip slowly on a chilly winter afternoon huddled around with a group of friends, savoring every cozy note.
Winter is the perfect season for gathering loved ones indoors, where the cold air outside makes the kitchen a neccesary refuge. Whether hosting a couple of girls for a weekly book club or simply spending quality time with husband, drinks like this cardamom rose latte make everyone sit up a little bit straighter. It’s tall, aromatic, and just the right amount of fancy without being fussy.
It's also the perfect little coffee to start a romantic Valentine's Day brunch. So if you've got yourself a little coffee lover on your hands, this recipe may be the trick to get to their heart! If your significant other prefers a more earthy drink, make them my pistachio matcha latte or iced matcha latte with coconut milk and raspberry syrup.
Is beetroot latte healthy?

But this latte has a little secret: it owes its pink hue to a nutritional powerhouse, beetroot powder!
Not only is this latte fruity and spicy, but it’s packed with nutrients — so you're guests are in for a real treat! The addition of beetroot powder gives it a vibrant pink hue and a health boost with its antioxidants, which support heart health and improve blood flow.
When paired with the heart-healthy benefits of cardamom and the calming properties of rose water, this drink offers a healthy, nourishing way to start your day or enjoy a cozy afternoon. Plus, it’s a great option for those looking to incorporate more superfoods into their hosting routine while sipping something indulgent.
Serving this latte during a winter party turns an ordinary day into something memorable. For similar lattes, try my pistachio matcha latte and vanilla lavender oat milk latte.
